  • XDOKU is now a pure web application: It is no longer necessary to install desktop software. Your data remains completely private and secure, stored locally in your browser's smart memory.
  • New Corporate Private Cloud: Upload documents to a secure environment visible only to your organization. Create shared folders, assign permissions, and allow your team to vote and post comments directly on processes.
  • New Chrome Extension: Capture guided steps directly from your browser, without leaving your workflow or requiring additional installed applications.
  • New interactive multimedia exports:
    • Infographics (PNG): Export documents in full or summarized infographic format directly powered by our AI. Ideal for creating quick cheat sheets for employees, printable material for the office, or visual summaries for executive presentations.
    • Social Media Format: Content optimized for both vertical and horizontal layouts, perfect for LinkedIn carousels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
    • AI Quizzes: Automatically generate interactive evaluation quizzes based on your process. Ideal for assessing knowledge retention, creating internal certifications for the onboarding process, or measuring digital adoption.
    • Audio (MP3/WAV): Export high-quality narration of your documents to create accessible integrations, corporate podcasts, or consumption on the go.
    • JSON Structure: Extract your document data in an structured format, perfect for dumping and integrating your knowledge into databases, wikis, and external systems.
    • SCORM Packages 1.2 / 2004: Package all your material (documents, narrated tutorials, quizzes, and interactivity) to natively and immediately integrate it into corporate e-learning LMS platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, or SuccessFactors.
  • Lightning-fast Video Slides export: We've rewritten the video rendering engine. AI voice-narrated videos are now generated and compiled in under 5 seconds on average, regardless of the number of steps in your guide.
  • Global multilingual support (+50 languages): You can now translate, interact, and narrate your processes using new AI voices across over 50 newly added languages.
  • Augmented AI Generation (Retrieval-Augmented Generation on Web): When requesting the creation of a new AI document, XDOKU will first search for official documentation or online guides related to your query, extracting the content to adapt it to the XDOKU structure. You will get an accurate process, ready to export in your corporate colors across all available formats.
  • Massive Smart Blurring (Smart Blur 2.0): The image editor has received a drastic AI-driven upgrade that instantly detects and massively censors large volumes of PII (personally identifiable information) across all your captures.
  • Interactive Image Import: We've upgraded the local importer. It now allows setting interactive click coordinates as soon as images are selected, bringing external static captures to life.
  • Automatic Context (Software / URL): Deep metadata capture. XDOKU now quietly identifies the exact native applications and URLs where the process was performed, tagging them in the document footer as "Related Applications".
  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Elevate your account's security level with the new option to configure two-step authentication via your favorite authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator) or email verification.
  • SSO Structural Improvements: We have exponentially polished and stabilized Single Sign-On (SSO) integration, guaranteeing a seamless flow for environments governed by Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, and Okta.
  • Centralized and Redesigned Configuration: The user and tenant general settings section has been rewritten from scratch with better information architecture and a smoother experience.
  • Integrated Multimedia Storage: Save all your heavy future exports (Videos, Interactive Quizzes, SCORM Packages, and Audio) directly attached within the document in a new "Multimedia" panel.
  • Organizational Color Coding: You can now assign a bright color to each document, allowing you to visually identify, group, or classify the inventory in your library very quickly.
